Cancelation Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer your spot to another client who may be waiting.
You’ll receive a reminder 48 hours before your appointment as a helpful heads-up.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without letting us know, may result in a 50% charge of the service total.

Online Deposits
Online deposits are non-refundable, but they can be moved to a new appointment when changes are made within our 48-hour policy.

We provide custom, haircare and colouring services using L’ANZA Healing Haircare and provide other beauty opportunities with our Associate Suites. We are best known for personalized haircutting, customized balayage/colour services and customized hair extensions.
