Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At Charisma Hair Studio, we value your time and appreciate the opportunity to care for you. Each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you, and our cancellation policy helps us respect the time of our stylists and accommodate other guests waiting for appointments.
48-Hour Cancellation Notice
We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows our team the opportunity to offer the appointment time to another guest.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments, whether booked online, over the phone, or in person. No deposit is required at the time of booking.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee in accordance with the terms agreed to at the time of booking.
