At Charisma Hair Studio, education has always been at the heart of what we do. We are proud to introduce Charisma Education, a professional learning program created for licensed stylists who are committed to refining their skills, expanding their service offerings, and growing their careers in the beauty industry.

Led by salon owner Martina Churchill, a professional educator with L’anza Healing Haircare and Alinea Hair Extensions, this program brings over 20 years of hands-on industry experience into an inspiring learning environment.

Throughout her career, Martina has educated at hair shows, salons, and professional distributor academies, sharing advanced knowledge in cutting, colouring, and extension artistry. Her training includes certifications and advanced education with leading global brands including Vidal Sassoon, American Crew, Revlon, Schwarzkopf, Alinea, Philocaly, and many more. She even helped create a "How to colour extension program" for L'anza Healing Color.

Charisma Education was created to bring that knowledge directly to stylists who want more than just a class — they want mentorship, mastery, and meaningful career growth.
